Hazel has moved from the basement to a new, deeeluxe apartment in the house. This way he’ll get to enjoy the company of the cats, dogs, fish, and any other critters that roam the house while I’m at work. (Actually, the fish don’t really roam the house, just their tank.)
After some searching on the web, I settled on the Wabbitat! “The Bigger is Better Rabbit Habitat.” According to the box “Sets up complete in seconds!” Hmmm, if they were referring to 1220 seconds, then, damn, the box was right.
Once the house (cage just seems too cold a word) was assembled, Hazel, being the curious rabbit that he is, made sure it was built with sound construction.
And it didn’t take long for him to settle right in.
Life is good on the Concord River. Blessed be. :}
