Last October, the 10th to be exact, I blogged about the lunar eclipse and the Hunter’s moon. It was too cloudy to watch but I did manage to get a picture of the moon in the early evening. (https://concordriverlady.com/2014/10/10/blood-moon-rising/). Well, last night was another total lunar eclipse, along with a full, super Harvest moon, producing yet another blood moon!
The next super moon eclipse won’t occur until 2033. I’ll probably be fish food by then so I’m blessed to have viewed last night’s show. The sky was clear, the night was cool, and the moon was stunning. A triple whammy for those of us who worship the moon. Not one to be outdone, the sun made a spectacular show over the river this morning.
If you don’t want to wait for a super moon, the next total lunar eclipse will be on January 31, 2018. Hopefully, I’ll be here for that one.
Blessed be. :}
